A one day interactive land campaigning programme called "Landless, destitute, farmers, tenants' condition; service provider organization and political parties' role"was organized at the Buddhist monastry in Belbari VDC. The programme was conducted in the presence of NBS General Secretary Seeta Sharma, Vice-Precident Sharada Poudyal, different parties' representatives, cultivators, farmers, landless people and others. All together two hundred and eighty four people were present there.The campaign was organized having some major objectives by Land Right Forum, Morang, NBS and MBMAN.

The objectives are :

• The cases related to land should be exposed and concern people should favour the rightholder cultivators.
• The Landless Committee should be pressurised to be activated to distribute identity-card to the landless and destitute people.
• To call on the stakeholders and political parties to empower the tenants towards their rights.
