Capital For Good / Girls First Fund | May 2019 | Jahada Rural Municipality | The Project plans to implement activities that include leadership development, skills development, vocational training, and microenterprise development. The organization has proposed leadership development training for the most vulnerable and marginalized adolescent boys and girls, income generation training, and an anti-child marriage commitment program. Interactive and collaborative learning and sharing among the individuals from different generations will be facilitated in the community to increase understanding of community challenges across the generations. Through orientation sessions, the organization will also provide training on menstruation and hygiene and will ensure structural support in the schools, including a supply of sanitary pads. These activities seek to improve adolescent girls' success in education, supporting them to lead a dignified life. |
